The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, austrian TKG 2003, for OPG HAŽIĆ we additional consider Zakon o zaštiti osobnih podataka 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
Contact us: If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your contact details will be stored to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

DEALING WITH YOUR DATA
Service companies can only provide the services offered quickly and economically with the help of electronic data processing (EDP), and we need personal data for this purpose. This is also the case if we want to get in touch with you or if you would like a consultation. The collection, processing and use of this data is generally regulated by law.
For all visits or user access on our websites or with each download access data about this process are produced and stored on our server in a log file. No personal data will be collected. The data is stored anonymously – and therefore without personal reference. This is done for data security and for statistical purposes.
You can request information about your personal data stored once in a year, free of charge, each additional request in the same annual period need to bepaid. In addition, you may request the correction of your data if it is incorrect or incomplete. Claims for deletion or blocking of your data may exist if their collection, processing or use proves to be inadmissible or no longer necessary. IP ANONYMIZATION
We use the function “activation of IP anonymization” on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Union. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data exchanged between you and us via our website is transmitted via state-of-the-art connections. All IT systems used are protected against unauthorized access by security systems and employees are committed to data secrecy. However, OPG HAŽIĆ has no influence on the transport of data via the internet and therefore can not exclude the misuse of third-party access. The transmitted data is stored for further processing.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH DATA COLLECTION / CONTROL
If you generally do not allow us to use cookies, certain features and pages will not work as expected. Cookies that are already on your computer can be deleted at any time. The procedure can be found in your browser manual.
Our data processing is based on the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) austrian TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract), lit c (statutory obligations ) and lit d or Recital 47 (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
However, you have the right to be informed, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is Datenschutzbehörde, in Croatia Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP).
Google Maps:
To display maps,etc., we use maps from Google Maps (a company of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). If you use this platform, you will be connected directly to the Google servers, and so device-specific data, IP address, location information, and any other information will be transfered to Google. DURATION OF DATA STORAGE
OPG HAŽIĆ collects and uses personal data in order to provide you with optimal service offers and to inform you about new products. If you are not interested, you can always inform us about this via the contact address in legal notice.
The data stored with us – including personal data – takes place as long as that corresponds to the statutory storage obligation or it is expedient for the fulfillment of our services.

PLACING AN ORDER
Our website allows you to click on any item, amend quantities, add to cart then when ready, review and purchase items in the cart.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have finished placing your order, you will be immediately provided with an order number. We will also send you an email confirmation with this and full details of your order.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following methods of payment: direct bank transfer. Items are charged at point of order.

All payments are made in kuna currency (HRK). Please be aware if using payment methods outside of this currency you may be charged a separate fee by your bank provider to convert the currency.

The payment will be processed (in HRK) at the point of order.

Similarly, if your payment is refunded (in part/full) you may not receive the full amount of your order (or more than the total) to reflect changes in currency values from the time the order was placed to the time the order was refunded.

Delivery and Shipping

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders dispatching within 48 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Method, Time and Cost

HR
Standard Delivery for Croatia
Up to 3-5 working days 65 kn per package of 30 kg.
Additional Charge for a delivery on Island 30 kn per package.

* Please note: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on the next working day. As such, orders will be processed/dispatched on Monday.
** Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be processed same day (except Bank Holidays).

Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location.

When will my order be sent?
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

What if I am not home when they deliver?
We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.

OPG Hažić do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

Undeliverable Items
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us at OPG HAŽIĆ. We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 3 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to issue a credit note or return the item(s) to you.

We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

Changed your mind? Your right to cancel.

We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought on our online store.
You have the right to cancel within 3 days of placing your order if you simply change your mind. We can offer a refund and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the security tags intact. Please ensure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. We aim to process your refund within 15 days of your item(s) being received by us.

Where items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to issue a credit note or right to return the item(s) to you.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

Faulty Items
Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

Delivery costs will also be refunded where you have paid for the service or where an “Express”-type service has been selected as per your requirements in which case the standard cost of delivery will apply.

Please provide your Channel Ref (begins #) as well as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution.

We will contact you in writing to confirm the next actionable steps within 2 working days.

Refunds
We are not obliged to provide you a refund until we receive the products back from you or we receive evidence (such as proof of postage) from you that you have sent them back to us. We strongly recommend you send the products using a secure or trackable method – e.g. Recorded/Special Delivery – and that you retain your proof of postage.

If the item is rejected your item(s) will be returned to you along with a letter outlining the reason(s).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges where you have paid for the service or where an “Express”-type service has been selected as per your requirements, in which case the standard cost of delivery will apply.
